UMBRAL started in Albufeira but now manages properties across Portugal.
Our motto is “Stay Local” because we believe holidays are meant to be a time of relaxation but also an opportunity to explore and know what is like to live like a local.

To book one property is simple. You find the listing where you want to spend your holidays, select the check-in and check-out dates, inform the number of people, and finally click the search button. You will be redirected to a secure and protected page where you will be presented with the option to pay with VISA, Bank transfer, or MB WAY. When you finish the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
If you wish to edit or cancel your reservation, you must visit the listing page on our website and select the edit/cancel reservation field. Insert your booking number and pin number and follow the step-by-step guide.

Some of Umbral’s properties require a security deposit between 200 € and 500 €. This deposit is used to protect the hotel unit from any damage or extras to be paid. The deposit will be returned within 15 days of your departure if everything is in good order. In the event that the value of the deposit is less than the amount of damages caused, Umbral reserves the right to ask you for the missing amount. If the behaviour in the unit is considered abusive, Umbral reserves the right to invite you to leave and look for alternative accommodation and assuming the costs involved.
